IVE Rules Over 4 Categories in Circle Weekly Charts With New Album 'I've IVE'

Circle Chart (previously Gaon Chart) has announced their newest chart rankings, covering the week between April 9 to 15.

Circle Chart Releases Rankings, IVE Dominates 4 Categories With Album 'I've IVE'

Circle Chart revealed the music rankings on their website. The charts included various categories, which are comprised of Album, Digital, Streaming, Global K-pop, Download, and Social charts. The artists included were chosen because of their music's popularity and streaming results weekly.

The chart records the most trending songs in K-pop. For their brand new rankings, the music chart covered the week of April 9 to 15.

Album Chart

For Circle Chart's April 9 to 15 rankings in the album chart, monster rookie girl group IVE claimed an amazing quadruple crown by dominating a total of 4 categories in the chart.

On the physical album chart, IVE earn the No. 1 spot with their first full-length release "I've IVE." Its pre-release track "Kitsch" has also scored the top spot on digital and streaming charts, while title track "I AM" reigned on the Global K-pop chart.

Notably, "I've IVE" also garnered over 1.3 million album sales. This was followed by Kep1er's fourth mini album "LOVESTRUCK!," which placed at No. 2.

Meanwhile, TWICE's newest mini album "READY TO BE" landed in No. 3 after climbing 39 places to its spot. This was trailed by the Nemo version of BLACKPINK Jisoo's solo debut release "ME" at No. 4. Finally, NMIXX completed the top 5 with "expérgo."

Digital & Streaming Charts

The No. 1 spot was claimed by IVE's pre-release track "Kitsch" from album "I've IVE," which secured the place on both digital and streaming charts.

This was followed by title track "I AM" by also securing No. 2 in both. In a separate note, this charting from "I AM" is the song's first-ever entry. On the fourth and fifth place, NewJeans defended their position with "Ditto" and "Hype Boy" respectively.

Global K-pop Chart

On the Global K-pop chart, IVE's "I AM" topped the list on No. 1. It was followed by BLACKPINK Jisoo's solo debut track "FLOWER," placing at No. 2. Meanwhile, rising K-pop rookie group FIFTY FIFTY stayed strong on No. 3 with viral song "Cupid." IVE's pre-release track "Kitsch" made it on No. 4. Lastly, No. 5 was occupied by NewJeans' "OMG"

Download Chart

For the download chart, Lim Young Woong dominated with "London Boy" at No. 1 and "Polaroid" at No. 2, sweeping the chart's two top spots. IVE's "I AM" made its debut at No. 3, followed by BTS Jimin's "Like Crazy" at No. 4. It was rounded up by IVE's "Kitsch" on No. 5.

Social Chart

As for the social chart, the list contained minimal changes. BLACKPINK still defended their No. 1 spot, followed by member Jisoo at No. 2. BTS stayed strong at No. 4, as well as NewJeans at No. 4. The only change was Lim Young Woong's climbing to No. 5.
