"Hello. This is IST Entertainment.

Firstly, we would like to thank all the fans who gave their unconditional support to Apink. We are here to announce Apink's future activities.

The company and members engaged in an in-depth conversation regarding their exclusive contracts. In conclusion, it was decided that members Park Chorong, Yoon Bomi, Kim Namjoo, and Oh Hayoung will now conclude their contracts with us after 12 wonderful years. This decision was also made for the members' future growth.

The only contract renewed was with Jung Eun Ji, who will continue her work under the agency. Jung Eun Ji will also greet fans with a new acting project, apart from her activities as a singer. We plan to provide Jung Eun Ji our utmost support on her promotions.

Apink members also agreed to continue their group activities despite their contracts. This is due to their love for the group, who will now carry on with promotions without disbanding. Their group endeavors will also be fueled by our backing through cooperation and discussion.

We would like to thank all of the members, who worked hard for 12 years with us, and making their legacy as a K-pop girl group representative. We ask everyone to support the members with their new plans ahead.

Thank you."

Apink debuted on April 19, 2011, under IST Entertainment. The group was originally seven members, but became five later on after Yookyung and Naeun's departure.

Goodluck to Apink with their upcoming ventures!
