The Korean Research Business Institute has announced their brand reputation rankings for April, which involves individual K-pop idols. It was covered from March 29 to April 29, garnering the results from aspects such as media coverage, consumer participation, and overall exposure.

Here are the 8 most popular K-pop idols for April 2023!

1. BTS Jimin

Jimin defended his position at No. 1 for April, gaining a brand reputation index of 4,730,169. This is also because of his 2.67 percent increase. The institute also recorded popular terms related to Jimin, such as keywords "Like Crazy," "FACE," and "ARMY." As for Jimin's positivity-negativity analysis, the idol received an 87.05 percent positive reactions.

2. BLACKPINK Jisoo

Jisoo of BLACKPINK managed to gather a 79.83 percent rise to her score since January. This led her to place on the list's No. 2 with a brand reputation index of 4,323,294. With her solo debut promotions and group activities, it's understandable how the "FLOWER" singer topped this April's rankings.

3. Former Wanna One Kang Daniel

On the third place, former Wanna One member and current soloist Kang Daniel raked in a total of 2,278,267 for his April brand reputation index. This is due to his score percent increase of 15.85.

4. BTS V

With a brand reputation index of 2,085,970, V of BTS closed in the fourth place for April 2023.

5. BLACKPINK Jennie

BLACKPINK member Jennie rounded the list's top five with a score of 1,984,611, earning her the top place for April's brand reputation rankings.

The "SOLO" songstress also trended for her performance with her group BLACKPINK, who managed to make history in their "BORN PINK" world tour and iconic performances in Coachella 2023.

6. NewJeans Minji

Minji of NewJeans garnered a brand reputation index of 1,865,916 for April. The idol made her place in the trends due to her activeness with her group, in social media, and other endeavors that led to a buzz.

7. BTS Jungkook

For the month of April, BTS's "Golden Maknae" Jungkook earned a brand reputation index of 1,799,263. The singer also caught attention online because of his generous donation to the Seoul National University Children's Hospital on April 18.
