The song will aim to commemorate BTS's 10th anniversary and is scheduled for June 9, at 1 p.m. KST. It is also for the septet's "2023 BTS Festa," which was announced on May 31 at midnight KST.
BTS also uploaded the "2023 BTS Festa" calendar, surging anticipation from ARMYs. BTS Festa is where the group teases and offers various contents to fans, leading up to their debut anniversary. In the poster, the timeline is featured in a boardgame format, containing their activity schedules.

On Weverse, agency BIGHIT MUSIC released an official announcement, where they confirmed the group's digital single "Take Two." BIGHIT MUSIC also stated that all seven members participated in the song's production.
