All 12 LOONA Members Win Case Against BlockBerry Creative, Group Leaves Agency

On June 16, the 5th Civil Division of the Seoul High Court have sided with five remaining LOONA members HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Go Won.

According to sources, the decision was ruled when the court deemed BlockBerry Creative's action of transferring LOONA's contracts to Japanese label Universal Japan as an issue, since the supposed handover didn't contain the members' written consent.

In a forum, fandom ORBITs celebrated the victory:

"Congrats to everyone! I want to see them on TV a lot from now on."

"I hope that they can go to another company and fly higher."

"Oh are they going to Modhaus now? I wish that Chuu would go with Modhaus too."

"Wow, congrats. I hope they unite again and that all 12 are happy."

"You f**kers, don't you dare block them from appearing on broadcast."

"Words can't express how proud I am with these girls."

"Seeing them go through all of this has been truly awful, and I am so happy that they've finally got the freedom they deserve."
