10 Best-Selling K-pop Artists in United States For 2023 So Far: Stray Kids, TXT, More!

2023 has finally reached its half, with June bringing its full swing through different releases from our favorite K-pop artists. As K-pop has continuously expanded throughout international areas, different K-pop acts have made waves across the regions while establishing loyal fanbases along the way.

With K-pop gaining more recognition globally, it's no surprise the music releases will also go upwards, much to the dedication and perseverance of fandoms. On Twitter, chart data has announced several K-pop artists who made their marks in the US for 2023's first half.

Here are the 10 best-selling K-pop acts of 2023 so far!

1. Stray Kids - '★★★★★ (5-STAR)'

When it comes to pure album sales, Stray Kids stormed the K-pop scene with their third full-length album "★★★★★ (5-STAR)," alongside its experimental and edgy title track "S-Class."

The group's selling power was demonstrated when "★★★★★ (5-STAR)" garnered 4,617,499 album copies for its first week (June 2 to June 8).

2. TXT - 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION'

"The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION" led TXT to have a great first half of 2023, as shown through the album's performance on music charts and sales.

3. TWICE - 'READY TO BE'

TWICE is not a stranger to raking up millions of album sellouts, and for 2023, the "SET ME FREE" hitmakers ate and left no crumbs with their 12th mini album "READY TO BE."

It also set the highest record for the biggest U.S. sales week, collecting a total of 153,000 equivalent album units on the week ending March 16.

4. SEVENTEEN - 'FML'

SEVENTEEN's "FML" also made headlines with its best-selling record. From April 24 to 30, the group's 10th mini album exceeded 4,550,214 album copies, setting a new record in Hanteo, only bested by Stray Kids' "★★★★★ (5-STAR)."

5. ATEEZ - 'THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW'

On June 26, ATEEZ's album "THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW" secured the No. 2 position on Billboard 200 with 101,000 pure sales. ATEEZ also achieved the feat as the non "Big 4" K-pop group.

6. BTS - (Previous Releases)

Even though BTS only released their digital single "Take Two" for 2023, their previous releases are still proving its selling power!

7. BTS Suga / Agust D - 'D-DAY'

BTS Suga's "D-DAY" is also one of the best-selling albums of 2023. Moreover, the album attained 1,072,311 sold outs for its first day, marking a first from a solo album and making history in Hanteo.

8. BTS Jimin - 'FACE'

On April 2, Jimin's first solo album "FACE" debuted on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart. It secured No. 2 with 164,000 equivalent album units during the week ending March 30.

9. ENHYPEN - 'DARK BLOOD'

Apart from breaking records in Billboard 200, ENHYPEN's mini album "DARK BLOOD" also gained buzz at the Oricon charts in Japan, where it totalled 148,728 copies for its first day and debuting at the chart's No. 1.

10. NCT 127 - 'Ay-Yo'

NCT 127's "Ay-Yo" did a great job of garnering attention for a repackaged album, as it contains many of the group's iconic releases.
