EXO Baekhyun began by explaining that the dispute with SM arose from long-standing questions and uncertainties surrounding his settlement and contracts. During a period when the company's founder, Mr. Lee Soo Man, was absent, he felt the need to examine the details personally.

However, he emphasized that the issue has now been resolved amicably, with both parties reaching a positive understanding. Baekhyun stated:

"I understood the company, and the company understood me. We reached an amicable agreement and amended the contract. I still have a very good relationship with SM. We're cheering each other on."

Regarding his plans to establish a private company, EXO Baekhyun revealed that this venture aligns with his long-held dream of becoming a creator. The company, tentatively named "One Signature," aims to train talented choreographers and dancers.

However, he clarified that the name may change, and a formal announcement will be made at a later date.

The "Bambi" singer also emphasized that SM Entertainment positively supports his decision to pursue this endeavor, and any rumors suggesting otherwise are unfounded.
