Idols are known to give fans their best in showing new sides and charms, since it's also part of their career. However, behind the camera, they also face internal struggles and instances of self-reflection, proving that they're still human at the end of the day.

On August 23, Twitter users caught wind of Ryujin's newest interview segment with GQ Korea, which featured the idol in their September issue. According to their posts, the magazine brought up a self-evaluation query.

The interviewer then asked Ryujin how many points she would give herself in a self-evaluation test, to which the idol replied that if 10 was the maximum score, she'd choose number 6. This prompted the interviewer to comment on her unexpectedly strict answer.

The translation is as follows:

GQ Korea: "Let's do a self-evaluation right now. How many points can you give yourself from the day you made your debut until now?"

Ryujin: "If the perfect score was 10, I'd give myself a 6."

GQ Korea: "Based on the score you gave, it seems like you're really strict with yourself."

Ryujin then explained why she gave herself a 6 and how her feelings were also imbued in their seventh mini album "KILL MY DOUBT."

Ryujin: I'm always working hard. I also gave myself 6 points for the reason of having a strong memory of not being able to love myself, and so I couldn't give it a higher score.

Ryujin: "If praises and love from people around me gave me strength to be brave, what made me a better artist were the scars I experienced. The rest of the members have the same thoughts, so it all reflected in the album 'KILL MY DOUBT.'"

MIDZYs expressed their sorrow over Ryujin's genuine but heartbreaking reply. They followed up compliments for Ryujin and hoped that she knows how many people unconditionally love her. Others simply wanted to give Ryujin a big hug.
