The two are confirmed to be in a relationship.
On September 7, Warner Music Korea, BB GIRLS's agency has officially announced that member Youjoung is officially in a relationship with actor Lee Kyu Han. It stated, "BBGIRLS member Youjoung and Lee Kyu Han are in a relationship and are getting to know each other well."
Meanwhile, Lee Kyu Han's agency BLADE Entertainment also expressed the same information, confirming his relationship with Youjoung. The agency announced, "Lee Kyu Han and Yujeong of BB Girls are on the process of getting to know one another with positive feelings."

Yujeong and Lee Kyu Han were affiliated with each other during their appearances on KBS2's variety show "Rustically: In the Secret Island," where they guested as co-stars. Initially, the connection between the two stars were first raised in July.
On July 13, a Korean media outlet reported that Yujeong and Lee Kyu Han were entangled in dating rumors. According to the site, a close insider claimed that the two fell in love with each other and became romantically involved.
"Lee Kyu Han and Yujeong have fallen in love. They have developed into lovers after they met on variety show recording for the first time."

However, this was debunked by their respective agencies. On the same day (July 13), the rumors were shut down by both BLADE Entertainment and Warner Music Korea.
The official statements are as follows:
"We would like to inform everyone about our take regarding the rumors of Lee Kyu Han that was reported today.
While it's correct the two have met on a television program and are close with each other, the rumors of them dating are false. Thank you."
