This show served as a platform to select members to join the existing SM ROOKIES, Sion, and Yushi, in the new NCT unit.

After a series of rigorous missions, five outstanding individuals were chosen based on evaluations from respected artist directors BoA, Eunhyuk, and Jang Jin Young.

Special artist directors and SM NEW IP TF team members, who appeared in each mission, also played crucial roles in this selection process.

The final lineup for NCT's NEW TEAM is as follows:

• Riku
• Sakuya
• Daeyoung
• Jungmin
• Ryo

These talented trainees, who managed to secure their spots in the group, showcased skills that are on par with the two existing SM ROOKIES members, Sion and Yushi.

In the wake of their selection, the trainees expressed their gratitude and determination. They stated:

"NCT is a big name with great global influence, and we will strive to become members who can meet the expectations that come with it. We want to thank all the members who participated in this program and the people who supported us throughout every mission."

This performance is scheduled to take place at NCT STADIUM LIVE, titled 'NCT NATION: To The World-in JAPAN,' with events planned for Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka on the 9th, 10th, and Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo on the 16th and 17th.

Furthermore, the group will embark on a pre-debut tour featuring an impressive 28 shows in 10 cities across Japan, commencing with a performance at Tokyo Line Cube Shibuya on October 8th and 9th.
