Fans have voiced out their opinions regarding NCT 127's album sales performance.

NCT 127 is one of third-gen's K-pop powerhouse groups. With their sheer talent, stage presence, signature sound, and devoted fanbase, their global presence and soaring album sales are indeed noteworthy aspects.

However, on October 9, NCTzens (NCT 127's fandom) demanded SM Entertainment to inspect and resolve the sales performance of NCT 127's newest album "Fact Check," which was released on October 6.

According to many fans, the culprit in NCT 127's low album sales performance was due to SM Entertainment's stocking issues. They claimed that "Fact Check" albums weren't being supplied enough to certain parts of the globe, bringing out their concern regarding distribution procedures.

Fans also claimed that while some countries did receive the album supplies of "Fact Check," its other versions were unavailable to these specific stores. They also pointed out that the supply given was insufficient or lacking.

"Fact Check" is NCT 127's fifth full-length album. Its physical album comes in 22 different versions, which are Chandelier, Storage, nine Exhibit versions, retail exclusive Exhibit, nine SMinis and QR version.

Apart from its title track of the same name, the album also includes B-side tracks such as "Space," "Parade," "Angel Eyes," "Yacht," "Je Ne Sais Quoi," "Love is a Beauty," "Misty," and "Real Life."
