Along with Giselle's pre-debut photos to her recent status, the netizen wrote:

aespa Giselle Criticized After Hong Eunchae was Dragged into Discussion About Idol's Career

While the content of the article was purely words of appreciation for Giselle, the post received criticism from both MYs and FEARNOTs.

In particular, the OP used the title, "I envy Giselle more than Hong Eunchae."

Although the LE SSERAFIM member wasn't mentioned, it triggered some FEARNOTs as it was indirectly claiming that Hong Eunchae is inferior to Giselle.

As a response, Giselle was attacked with maliciously written comments from the fandom of LE SSERAFIM, such as:

• "Hong Eunchae is physically good-looking and pretty, but Giselle is worse than the average person."

As a response, MYs criticized the OP who wrote the topic for setting Giselle up, and continued to defend the idol.
