NCT Dream's speech during the MelOn Music Awards 2023 took a funny turn when a fan's gesture rendered them speechless!

Earlier on December 2, at 5 p.m. KST, the MelOn Music Awards (MMA) 2023 was held at the INSPIRE Arena, in Yeongjongdo, Incheon.

Among the star-studded lineup who attended the event, NCT Dream was one of the artists who attended the awards show. The group received their wins for the night, taking the awards for Top 10 Artist, Millions Top 10, Best Male Group, and Record of the Year (Daesang).

Fans were hyped up during the ceremony, as shown by their cheers for NCT Dream during their acceptance speeches, screen time, and exciting performances.

However, during one of their speeches, one fan managed to steal the show and NCT Dream's attention. According to the clips and edits that went viral across social media, the camera panned to an enthusiastic Dreamzen, who imitated NCT Dream's cute pose.

This "kyu" pose was consistently made by the group during their events, as well as in the 2023 MMA's red carpet segment. With the lucky fan's unexpected gesture, Jeno was surprised by the act, leading him, Renjun, and Jaemin to imitate the pose back in return!

The post was also flocked by fans, who happily commented on the video's good vibes and adorable exchange. NCTzens also praised the fan's initiative, saying how commendable it was for her to take the chance of a lifetime and make the most out of it!
