On December 2, IVE proved their status as a "fourth-gen leader" after bagging three awards at the MMA 2023 (MelOn Music Awards) held at Inspire Arena in Incheon.

The six-member group not only took home trophies for "Top 10 Artist" and "Millions Top 10," but IVE secured another daesang (grand prize) after being crowned the "Album of the Year" through their album, "I've IVE."

On this day, the members took turns giving their appreciation speeches but they especially gave the spotlight to their youngest member, Leeseo.

During her speech, the star gave her thanks to their fans, DIVE. Leeseo also shared her happiness and love with the fandom until the emotions felt overwhelming, leading her to be in tears.

At the time, her older sisters were quick to comfort her and patted her back. At the same time, they couldn't contain their smiles due to Leeseo's cuteness and adorable expression.

DIVEs were also touched by Leeseo's speech and left her warm messages, giving her applause for doing a great job despite her young age.

Amid the celebration, there is another reason Leeseo is gaining much attention from K-pop enthusiasts aside from winning 3 awards.

This is after netizens pointed out that she faked her cry while giving her speech again after her iconic "Diveuuu" cry back when the group received a daesang at the MAMA Awards 2022.

At the time, she received massive criticism for being a "pick me" girl and a lot were annoyed by her "insincerity." It grew worse that she was even labeled as "one of the most hated idols."

Thus, netizens were shocked she did it again, but more specifically, DIVEs claimed that she was mocking her haters by "fake crying" again and fans were cheering for her this time.

In fact, her crying clip which was shared on X earned 6.6 million views as of writing, and most of the comments conveyed how proud they are of Leeseo for giving the IDGAF attitude.
