BIGHIT MUSIC Releases Statement on BTS Members' Military Service, Encourages Privacy on Enlistment Day

On December 5, BIGHIT MUSIC posted a notice on Weverse regarding the enlistment details of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

According to the post, the agency expressed its gratitude to everyone who supports BTS and updated fans about the status of the four members' enlistment plans. BIGHIT MUSIC then shared that no official events will be held on the day of their enlistment.

It furthered that the entrance ceremony would only be supervised by military personnel and the idols' families. The agency also advised fans to avoid visitation to prevent overcrowding.

Furthermore, BIGHIT MUSIC warned fans of purchasing unauthorized content using BTS's IP address. Read the full statement here:

"Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued love and support for BTS. We would like to inform you more of the updates regarding the military enlistment of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

The four BTS members will complete their military service and fulfill their required time in the army. RM and V will both be enlisting in accordance with their respective procedures. Meanwhile, Jimin and Jungkook are to enlist in the military together.

Please take note that no official event will be held on the day of their entry. The entrance ceremony is an event to be observed only by military personnel and our artists' families. We request fans to refrain from visiting the site to prevent crowding issues.

We kindly encourage you to send your warm regards in your hearts. We are also advising everyone not to be influenced by the purchase of unauthorized tours or product packages that illegally uses the artist's IP.

We will take necessary measures against any attempts of commercial activity regarding such usage of IP. Furthermore, we are once again asking for your unconditional love and support for RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook until they return after completing their military service.

We will do our best to provide the support they need at this time.
