10 Most Popular K-pop Boy Group Members in December 2023
The Korean Business Research Institute has finally announced its brand reputation rankings involving individual boy group members.
To determine the final rankings, data was covered from November 16 to December 16. Since many idols gave their best this 2023, only a total of 30 out of 716 boy group members were considered by the institute.
Here are the 10 most popular K-pop male idols in December 2023!
1. ASTRO Cha Eun Woo
In first place, Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO became the top idol for the institute's final male idol brand reputation list for 2023. According to sources, the idol actor received a brand reputation index of 3,189,885.
Aside from his promotions as an ASTRO member, Cha Eun Woo has also been active in his extra activities such as pictorials, dramas, and anything that can create fan engagement.
2. BTS Jungkook
Jungkook made it on second place after receiving a brand reputation index of 2,940,286. This managed to land him on the No. 2 spot. This December, the maknae has been busy with his solo activities and promotions, leading to performances, collabs, and many more.
The youngest member also trended due to his buzz cut, since he, RM, Jimin, and V all enlisted in the military this December.
3. BTS Jimin
Jimin managed to snag the third place with a brand reputation index of 2,748,418.
4. Wanna One Ong Seong Wu
Ong Seong Wu followed with a brand index of 2,069,242, placing fourth.
5. BTS V
V completed the top five with a brand reputation index of 1,814,302.
6. Wanna One Kang Daniel
Kang Daniel made it on sixth place with an index of 1,814,302.
7. Super Junior Kyuhyun
Kyuhyun of Super Junior landed on No. 7 after seeing a brand reputation index of 1,749,059.
8. EXO Baekhyun
Baekhyun gathered on 1,733,711 for December.
9. Wanna One Park Ji Hoon
Park Ji Hoon garnered an index of 1,546,200.
10. BTS RM
Lastly, No. 10, RM filled in the spot with an index of 1,496,862.
