The annual year-end chart for Hanteo has been released, giving the community a glimpse of 2023's K-pop rankings. Among the categories released by Hanteo, the yearly physical record chart showcased the best albums of 2023.

1. 'FML' by SEVENTEEN

SEVENTEEN made it on No. 1 after being considered as one of 2023's best-selling albums. The album was released on April 24, 2023, and has created Hanteo history by surpassing 6.2 million album sales. The album also earned SEVENTEEN multiple firsts in terms of feats in music charts.

2. 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' by SEVENTEEN

SEVENTEEN's 11th mini album "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" also made it on No. 2. The album was released on October 23, 2023, and not long after, the album led SEVENTEEN to become the first-ever K-pop artist in Hanteo to surpass 5 million sales in just one week.

3. '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' by Stray Kids

Stray Kids reigned on the No. 3 spot with their third full-length album "★★★★★ (5-STAR)." In 2023, the album once broke the group's record in terms of first week sales.

Their first week earned good feedback, with its previous first week sales record of 2,163,349 ("MAXIDENT") surpassed by a doubling sold outs of 4,617,499 copies. This record broke SEVENTEEN's first-week sales record with "FML," which gained 4,550,214.

4. 'ISTJ' by NCT Dream

NCT Dream's third studio album "ISTJ" managed to claim No. 4. The album also made rounds across the music charts, and in Hanteo, "ISTJ" became NCT Dream's first-ever album to exceed 1 million sales on its first day of release, surpassing Candy's record of 761,609.

5. 'ROCK-STAR' by Stray Kids

Stray Kids released their eighth mini album "ROCK-STAR" and title track "LALALALA" on November 10, 2023. The album also charted well across domestic and international music charts.

6. 'GOLDEN' by BTS Jungkook

Released on November 3, Jungkook's debut studio album "GOLDEN" dominated the music charts after it was released. In Hanteo, it also broke the record for first-week sales among any solo albums in the chart's history. On its first day, "GOLDEN" sold 2,438,483 album copies.

7. 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION' by TXT

"The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION" achieved feats in Hanteo, with the album having led TXT to become the artist with the second-highest first-week sales (2,190,889).

8. 'Layover' by BTS V

BTS V once broke the record of the highest first-day sales by a soloist with "Layover," since the album had sold out 1,672,138 copies.

9. 'The Name Chapter: FREEFALL" by TXT

After their first release in 2023, TXT stormed the year's second half with their fifth full-length album "The Name Chapter: FREEFALL," which set the group's highest first-week sales record by selling 2,251,959 album copies.

10. 'MELTING POINT' by ZEROBASEONE

With the success of "MELTING POINT," ZEROBASEONE became the first K-pop group to exceed 2 million album sales in its first week of release, and the first year of their career.
