On the afternoon of January 11, singer and actress IU was spotted leaving for Milan, Italy, through Incheon Airport Terminal 2. The idol is slated to attend the Gucci 2024 Fall/Winter Men's Fashion Show.

The "LILAC" songstress was dressed in a black sweater, black pants, and a light brown knee-length coat. She accessorized her look with black boots, a Gucci purse, and a black beanie. Though her look was fairly simple, IU's beauty shone.

However, one thing caught people's attention: her new hairstyle!

Previously, IU had long, black hair. However, the idol has changed it completely. Now, IU has light pink hair, cut extremely short. It doesn't even touch her shoulders!

Following the hair reveal, a post titled "IU bleached her hair!" was posted to the online community forums. There, fans gathered together to gush over the idol's new look.

Many believed IU suited her new hairstyle and hoped to see more of it as her black beanie hid parts of her hair from view. Despite her beanie covering up parts of her, people believed the color matched her visuals. A light color like pink has the potential to wash someone out, but it suits IU perfectly!
