On January 13, social media platform X (Twitter) was full of troubled ONCEs, who voiced both their concerns and frustration for Mina's absence in TWICE's cover photo on Spotify.
According to the photos shared online, it featured one of TWICE's group teaser images from their upcoming pre-release English single "I GOT YOU," which will be released on February 2. However, ONCEs noticed that Mina was out of the frame, igniting negative reactions in the fandom.
The shared caption directly called the attention of Republic Records, JYP Entertainment, and Spotify, hoping that the issue would be fixed. They also added by saying how disrespectful the featured image was to the group, especially Mina, since TWICE will always be nine members.
