Earlier, a poll was held in a Korean online forum, asking, "Who do you think is the most handsome idol?" After over 340k online users participated in the voting event, the Top 4 were determined.

Amid the delight of fans, the #1 most handsome idol then sparked a discussion among fans.

Top 4 Most Handsome K-pop Idols: ASTRO Cha Eun Woo, BTS V, More!

Following the voting period, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo was hailed as the most handsome K-pop idol after he came in first place with 61% of the votes.

Indeed, Eun Woo was known for his top-notch appearance and physique and he was referred to as the "Face Genius."

He doesn't only dominate the K-pop scene but is also reigning in the K-drama world with his unmatched handsomeness and remarkable acting skills.

Following him, BTS V came in second place with 28% of the votes. Since his debut, V has been making waves in the entertainment scene for his heart-fluttering visuals that are like an art masterpiece. His sculpture-like features and charms are also famous beyond K-pop.

In third place with 7% of the votes, RIIZE Wonbin represents the 5th-gen era with his model-like allure and next "flower-boy-next-door" image. He was loved for his long hair and mysterious aura that reminded people of the past K-pop generation in the 90s & 00s.

Lastly, Stray Kids Hyunjin ranked fourth with 4% of the votes. According to fans, his unique, "pretty boy" yet manly visuals is just one the reasons netizens are going crazy over him.

ARMYs, Netizens Defend ASTRO Cha Eun Woo's 1st Place Status as Most Handsome K-pop Idol

Following this result, there is a netizen who was skeptical about it, stating that ASTRO Cha Eun Woo won due to his fandom and that the rankings weren't evaluated properly.

However, netizens and AROHAs (fandom) were quick to jump to his defense and said:

• "To muggles (non-K-pop fans), Cha Eun Woo is like Korea's DiCaprio."
• "Cha Eun Woo is one-top, don't line up."
• "Cha Eun Woo is the most handsome. It's not even because of a viral image, but it's his face."

Even ARMY acknowledged Cha Eun Woo's visual power and commented:

• "We are ARMYs, but we acknowledged Cha Eun Woo. Thank you for choosing V. He is not only handsome to our eyes."
• "If I had to pick one, I like V the best. But I think I would have voted for Cha Eun Woo, too. He's the first thing that comes to mind when you say 'face genius'."
