Top 10 K-pop Rookie Groups in March 2024: RIIZE, TWS, LE SSERAFIM, More!

March has now entered, and the Korean Business Research Institute has officially released its first brand reputation rankings of the month. This time the list involves rookie groups from the K-pop industry, who made the most buzz with their content, activities, and star factor.

In order to get the results, the institute analyzed data gathered from February 1 to March 1, determining factors such as the exposure to the media, the participation of consumers, and their overall engagement.

Here are the Top 10 K-pop rookie groups THIS March 2024!

1. RIIZE

On the No. 1 spot, rising fifth-gen K-pop boy group RIIZE reigned the list after receiving a brand reputation index of 3,738,774. The group has also trended in numerous online forums for their schedules, as well as solo updates.

RIIZE garnered attention for making a special appearance at IU's kickstart concert for "H.E.R." in Seoul. The group has also announced the schedules for their upcoming fan-con tour "RIIZING DAY," and their highly anticipated lightstick.

2. TWS

With a brand reputation index of 3,117,868, TWS managed to secure second place for March 2024. PLEDIS Entertainment's newest boy group is continuously trending for their music and activities, alongside their updates on social media.

3. LE SSERAFIM

LE SSERAFIM closed down the Top 3 after receiving a brand reputation index of 2,680,460. This March was also the group's comeback month, as they returned with their third mini album "EASY" and its title track of the same name.

Ever since releasing the album, LE SSERAFIM has gone on numerous activities to promote the comeback. This includes engaging on special stages, music shows, and interacting with other K-pop artists, which strengthened their momentum this March.

4. NewJeans

NewJeans made it on No. 4 after garnering a brand reputation index of 1,897,611. From January to March, NewJeans has trended several times as the leading fourth-gen K-pop girl group through their schedules, music, and content.

5. H1-KEY

H1-KEY rounded the top five with a brand reputation index of 1,052,511.

6. NMIXX

NMIXX followed closely with a brand reputation index of 992,705, placing them at No. 6.

7. BABYMONSTER

BABYMONSTER made headlines for announcing their highly anticipated comeback with first mini album "BABYMON7ER." The reveal also raised speculations regarding member Ahyeon's return to the group. The group received an index of 619,055.
