RIIZE Anton Embroiled in Dating Rumors

On March 11, 2024, a photo of RIIZE member Anton, allegedly on a date with his girlfriend, went viral online. Though his face was not seen, it is believed to be Anton holding his girlfriend's hand while on break in New Jersey.

The reason why people believe it is the idol is due to the Louis Vuitton bag visible in the photo. Anton was previously seen with the same bag while in South Korea.

He was also seen with the bag while in Paris. The bag was allegedly gifted to him by the fashion house.

Many slammed the idol for dating while the group has been active for less than a year. It was noted that Seunghan, a member of RIIZE, was put on hiatus for dating before his debut; therefore, it is unfair that Anton is actively dating while his member is being crucified for his past actions.

However, it appears not everything is what it seems. The girl in the photo has since released a statement on the matter.

Alleged 'Girlfriend' of RIIZE Anton Releases Statement Amid Rumors

The girl in the photo, whose name and social media handles will not be mentioned for her privacy, took to Instagram to clear the air.

She confirmed that the photo is of her and Anton, but stressed that they are not dating and have never been a couple. Instead, the two have been close friends ever since they were young.

She noted that in other photos taken from that day, people can see that they hung out in a group setting with other close friends. Throughout that day, they hung out as a group and not one-on-one.

She added that seeing Anton is not as easy as it once was, and this was the first time Anton returned to New Jersey in years. To commemorate seeing their friend, the girl shared photos from that day on her private Instagram account. The account is used to share photos of her and her friends.

She states that she was unaware that an issue of such scale would stem from this issue and asked BRIIZEs not to draw conclusions from a single photo.
