On the morning of March 22, 2024, EXO's Baekhyun departed for Tokyo, Japan, for the 2024 Asia tour "LONSDALEITE MD in TOKYO." During his arrival at Incheon International Airport, the idol posed for the press.

There, the original poster (OP) shared several photos of Baekhyun at the airport. They also included a tweet from an EXO-L with a caption that reads, "What the...? Am I a fan of a rookie? Byun Baekhyun-ah?"

Soon, comments from Korean netizens were shared, with many shocked at how young the idol looked. Some even commented that it looks like he went back to his debut era. For reference, Baekhyun was 19 when EXO debuted in 2012.
