Former T-ARA Areum revealed that she's currently pregnant. At the same time, the idol-actress reported that her two kids were taken to a facility after her initial attempt to take her own life.

Areum Delivers News She's Pregnant With Current Boyfriend

On April 5, Areum debuted as an AfreecaTV BJ where she addressed all the controversies surrounding her and her family. Here, she also brought the good news that she and her beau are expecting a baby.

In her channel called "areum1007," the idol-turned-actress updated on her recent status and attested to fans that she's okay and healthy now.

Just recently, she was in a coma after attempting to take her own life; hence, it was expected that her fans would express their concerns for the celebrity.

Among the questions she answered was if she's still seeing her boyfriend and fiancé. Originally, they were set to get married after the actress' divorce from her husband, but the process didn't go as smoothly as possible.

Areum replied:

"Yes, I am still seeing him. But it is different from that. I'm pregnant right now."

When asked if she knew about it before trying to take her life, Areum confessed:

"Yes, but you should never do that again. Fortunately, the baby turns out healthy."

Areum's 2 Kids Taken Away from Her After Trying to Make Extreme Decision

With this news, Areum will have her third baby, in addition to her two kids from her first marriage.

Initially, Areum gave up the custody of her two kids to speed up the divorce process, but after she found out that they became victims of domestic violence at the hands of their father and grandmother, she took them again.

When asked about their recent whereabouts, Areum confessed that they were neither in their father's nor her custody now.

After trying to commit suicide on top of her husband's claims that she was the one who was abusing the kids, they were taken by a facility and she can only see them through photos.

"They took them from the shelter as they pleased. I don't even want to say that the reason they were taken to the facility was because the kids' father had filed a complaint against me for child abuse. So of course, I can't take them there.

I think they decided that (the children) should not be in the mother's presence after seeing the bad things that happened to me and how I was trying to end my life.

I feel very bad because the district office took the children against my will and I don't know where they are. I'm only receiving pictures from time to time so I was very heartbroken. I don't feel good."
