K-pop group Enhypen will make their comeback in mid-January 2026 with a new album, according to an official statement from their agency Belift Lab on December 1.
"Enhypen will make a comeback in mid-January. Further details will be announced later," Belift Lab confirmed in response to media reports. The upcoming release will mark the group's first Korean comeback in approximately seven months, following the June 5 debut of their sixth mini album Desire: Unleash.
The seven-member group, consisting of Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, previously hinted at their comeback preparations during their world tour final stop, according to the Korea Herald. At the "Walk the Line: Final" concert held at Seoul's KSPO Dome on October 26, the members shared with fans that they were preparing "an album that's truly incredible" and promised to "return with a really cool album."
Enhypen's last release, Desire: Unleash, achieved significant commercial success as a double million-seller, continuing the group's track record of strong album performances. Their previous work "Romance: Untold" surpassed three million copies sold, while its repackage edition set records with 1.4 million copies sold in its first week, the highest first-week sales for a K-pop repackage album at the time.
The group concluded a successful 2025 marked by several milestones, Billboard reported. They made history as a fourth-generation K-pop boy group by performing at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April, becoming among the top five most mentioned artists on social media during the event.
Their world tour drew approximately 676,000 attendees before concluding in October. Additionally, Enhypen received three awards at the 2025 MAMA Awards, including one of four Daesang categories in the "Visa Fans' Choice of the Year" division.
The group's January comeback will arrive during a particularly exciting time for their fanbase, known as Engenes. While Belift Lab has not yet released specific details about the album's title, concept, or tracklist, fans anticipate that additional information will be shared through official channels in the coming weeks. The mid-January timing positions Enhypen for a strong start to 2026 in the highly competitive K-pop market, as per GMA Network.
