Lee Seung Chul Ends SISTAR's Reign Over The Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 With 'My Love'

After a week spent dominating the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100, girl group SISTAR's reign appears to be over.

Although last week's number one song, SISTAR's  "Give It To Me" only dropped to number two, the band has fallen far from its previous lock on the number one, two and three song on the Billboard K-pop chart.

The band's "The Way You Make Me Melt" featuring Geeks is now at number nine after being at number two.

Last week's number three song, the SISTAR hit "Bad Boy," is currently at number 13.

"Superstar K" judge and former Boohwal lead singer Lee Seung Chul is now the king of the K-pop charts, with the new number one song "My Love."

Lee is scheduled to begin a Korean tour on Saturday, according to BNT news.

The star made news this week after he took to Twitter in a rant about artists that use sex to sell their music, that many suspected was directed at Kim Ye Rim's sexy teaser for the Lim Kim song "All Right."

"Naked legs, underwear teasers, optical illusion outfits?" Lee wrote. "It′s not right to promote like this."

The singer's comments forced a representative from the his record label Louis Entertainment to deny that they weren't about Kim, but rather a general trend in the music industry, according to CJ E&M enewsWorld.

Sexy teaser music videos aside, Kim saw her song "All Right" jump to number three in its second week in the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100, after debuting at number 15.

Brown Eyed Soul singer Jung Yup also jumped into the Billboard top five in his second week on the chart with his new single "Why Did You Come Just Now," currently at number four.

"Why Did You Come Just Now," debuted at number 24 last week.

And rounding out the top five, is the comeback single from vocal quartet Sunny Hill "Darling Of All Hearts" featuring Hareem.

Sunny Hill formed as a trio in 2007, eventually ballooning to a quintet with male member Jang Hyun.

But with Jang currently serving his military service, the band has continued as a four-piece.

Last year, the four female members of Sunny Hill, Jubi, Seungah, Kota, and Misung had a special message for their bandmate before he enlisted.

"Don't worry about us here and make sure you're safe," the band wrote in a statement to Jang, according to the website Soompi.

"We'll work hard to succeed so that you will be loved by your seniors in the army. Until then, don't turn your eye to SNSD [another popular girl group] and don't wear your boots backwards."
