With just five days left until his second solo mini album release, Big Bang's Seungri appealed to his female fans with the words, 'In the past four years I've gone through a lot of things that can't be expressed in words.'

On August 14, Seungri posted on his Facebook, 'I want to introduce my second mini album title song 'Let's Talk About Love.' Do you remember my first solo debut? If you remember, I debuted with the song 'Strong Baby' as a 21 year old, wearing a suit and showing off breathtaking moves with female dancers.'

He continued, 'However it was so awkward because it seemed like a child was pretending to be an adult. Even now when I look back at the video, I can't help but feel the same way. It's been four years, a long time coming now, and a lot of things have happened since then. Things that cannot be expressed with words. Now I want to appeal to the women as a masculine man.'

He raised expectations for his new song, saying 'I know that to survive in this industry you have to be different than other solo male artists. That's why I strived to find a voice that I've never revealed before. Starting with the first verse of my new song 'I Have Something to Say' you will hear a different type of singing technique than anything I've showcased until now.'

Seungri uploaded a third teaser photo onto YG's official blog, in which he shows off a victorious gaze.

'I Have Something to Say' is a fast-paced tempo house-style song, and its music video was directed by Director Han Sa Min, who also directed Big Bang's 'Blue.' G-Dragon and Taeyang, who helped write the song and lyrics, are also featured in the intro.

Seungri highlights his singer songwriter skills in this album, as he has written and produced each one of the songs. In 2011, for his first mini album, Seungri himself produced the album, and wrote six of the seven songs. But he's taken it one step further by composing and producing all the songs in his second album.

His album will be released via online charts on August 19, and will be available on and offline nationwide on August 21.
