Eminem New Album 2013: `Survival’ Featured at European Gigs; Not Giving Away Anything New; New Collaboration With Dr. Dre

Eminem’s new album for 2013 still has no official release date and Eminem is out of town on mini-tour of Europe. Eminem new album 2013’s single, “Survival” has been opening his European shows. Other than the lead single, Eminem has been performing hits from his entire careers. Eminem’s new album 2013 has a new collaboration with Dr. Dre.

Eminem recently played to a crowd of 80,000 people at at Slane Castle, Ireland, which is about 30 miles north of Dublin. 50 Irish Eminem fans were arrested at the show. Eminem’s new album for 2013 is only represented by the new single “Survival.” Eminem hasn’t lost the youthful rebellion and anger that brought him to the spotlight. Eminem started his mini-tour of European last Thursday. Eminem he is only dropping hints about what we’ll hear on Eminem’s new album for 2013. But Eminem isn’t previewing anything at his European shows that we haven’t heard yet.

Eminem recently released his latest track called "Survival," which, besides being featured on Eminem's new album 2013 is also part of the highly-anticipated video game, “Call of Duty: Ghosts.”

Eminem’s new song features a sexy, sultry, siren call of a vocal performed by the songwriter, Liz Rodrigues. Lisa Rodrigues is a singer with the Canadian band The New Royales. Besides working with Eminem, Rodrigues she has appeared on several tracks by hip-hop. On the new Eminem single, “Survival," Lisa Rodrigues sings "This is survival of the fittest/ This is do or die."

"Survival" is the first single from Eminem's eighth studio album. Eminem’s new single is all about overcoming hardship. Eminem sings in the do-or-die attitude that made him famous with a dash of Eminem’s signature wit and anger.

Eminen raps: "And if there should ever come a time where my life's in a rut/And I look like I might just give up, eh you might've mistook/Me for bowing out I ain't taking a bow, I'm stabbing myself/With a f*cking knife in the gut, while I'm wiping my butt/ Cause I just sh*tted on the mic, and like getting cut."

According to Paul Rosenberg, Eminem's manager, "We fully expect to be releasing a new Eminem album in 2013. He's been working on it for some time. It's safe to say that it will be post-Memorial Day at some point, but we're not exactly sure when."

Eminem played Stade De France in St. Denis, France last night. Eminem next shoots to the U.K., where he performs at the Reading Festival on the 24th and then headlines the Leeds Festival on Aug. 25.

Eminem's last studio album was a collaboration with Royce da 5'9'', another Detroit-based rapper. They call themselves Bad Meets Evil. Eminem and Royce da 5’9” released Hell: The Sequel in 2011, which featured Bruno Mars on the hit single "Lighters." Eminem also collaborated with Mike Epps on the song "I'm On Everything."

Call of Duty: Ghosts will hit store shelves Nov. 5.
