Last year YG Entertainment's powerhouse girl group 2NE1 was chosen as models for the Adidas fall/winter collection 'All Originals Represent', and it seems the company liked what they saw.
For this year's collection, the four ladies are ready to join forces with American hip-hop legends Run-DMC as well as DJ A-Trak for a new collaboration as part of the Adidas 'All Originals Unite' campaign.
The project will be inspired by the fans as Adidas seeks to represent the fashion and lifestyle of today's generation.
In a statement about the exciting new project Adidas said, "'Adidas Originals' planned this campaign to tell the story of 2013's generation. We want to combine the culture and trend of 2013 and make something that is newer and more passionate."
With the ladies of 2NE1 at the helm, fans will be the driving force behind the new project.
The 2NE1 members will be drawing inspiration from fan uploads to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for a series of songs and videos.
Fans are encouraged to upload original music, videos, pictures, and writing to one of those three social media outlets with the hashtag #Unitewith2NE1.
In October the group will reveal some lucky fans who will also receive some special gifts for their participation.
