Jung Joon Young’s Title Song to Be Traditional Rock Ballad

Singer Jung Joon Young revealed an autumn guy concept jacket cover photo before his official debut on the 7th.

In the neat black and white photo, Jung Joon Young is sitting on the edge of a chair and staring downwards, giving off a sad, lonely vibe.

This photo is a representative photo of his debut mini album to be released on the 10th, and is piquing the curiosity of fans everywhere.

Jung Joon Young's debut mini album's title song is a rock ballad song called "10 Minutes Before Breaking Up." The song was produced by SCORE, who previously worked with artists such as Yoonha and Primary, and will feature Jung Joon Young's deep voice and a live band sound. The song will be about the emotions a man feels just 10 minutes before saying farewell. In accord, the song will feature sad lyrics and Jung Joon Young's poignant vocals, just in time for the chilly autumn weather.

Since it's a classic rock ballad, a genre which has been sluggish as of late, it's eye-catching for a lot of listeners. According to Jung Joon Young, "We tried to minimize the electronic sound, and instead tried to create a real sound, as if you are listening to a live band. This song will feature a man's emotional voice as he looks forward to a farewell, and will hopefully bring back the male vocal's rock ballad genre. We wanted to preserve the classic aspect of the genre, as well as tastefully develop it into a song to fit in with 2013's modern sound."

While working on this album, Jung Joon Young "Took a lot of time to think about and prepare for this album. He held meetings with staff members to discuss not only vocals, but sound, album design, and pre- and post-production of the music video. We tried to preserve Jung Joon Young's style in each one of these aspects. We hope you pay close attention to not only the title song, but all the songs in the album, as well as photos and design," commented an associate.
