Girls’ Generation was the next victim in the list of female celebrities of nude photoshopped photos. The photo was uploaded to various internet communities February 15 which spread like wild fire. To the relief and disbelief of many it was revealed they have been photoshopped.

Therefore the group’s agency requested an official police investigation into the matter.

“We will be taking legal actions against the creator of the photoshopped photos, the original poster, and the distributor of the photos,” shared SM Entertainment representative.

This is nothing new for the popular girl group who has been through a similar ordeal back in 2010. There were 97 netiznes arrested for that incident. Later it was revealed those netizens consisted of minors and first offenders. At that time the agency had shown leniency and dropped the charges.
