It seems Lady Gaga is not the only pop star fashion designer Donatella Versace enjoys, but CL of 2NE1 as well.

Versace has become a familiar label for pop singers around the world, and even Selena Gomez admitted to feeling awestruck meeting the legendary designer.

"It was surreal because I got to geek out instead of having to be very pristine. It was my total 'Princess Diaries' moment," she told Teen Vogue.

But of all the pop stars, Lady Gaga appears especially close to the designer. She recently spoke on their friendship.

"I don't always have anyone to look up to. It can be kind of lonely because you know some people have been very accepting of me as an artist and some people haven't," said Lady Gaga to Fashion magazine.

"Seeing where Donatella is and how far she's come and continues to go makes me feel like I have a role model. I have somebody I can look up to and say 'I can be that' or maybe I can at least try."

Certainly, Lady Gaga is attempting to emulate Donatella in her recent Versace ads, featuring glamorous blonde locks and high fashion.

But Lady Gaga is not the only pop star worshipping Versace.

Recently at the 2013 SBS Gayo Daejun, CL chose to wear Versace for her collaboration stage with Lee Hyori.

It seems not only did CL wear Versace, but she also received a personalized note from Donatella herself!
