Eight days after Alyssa Milano fired back at the comment Jay Mohr made about her weight during a radio interview, the comedian is now feeling apologetic.
"She's stunning. I mistakenly thought the absurdity of what I was saying would have been taken as a joke. #fail," Mohr tweeted, addressing Milano and blogger Perez Hilton.

The drama started when Mohr, 43, saw Milano, 41, at a NASCAR event in Las Vegas on December 6th. "She was one of the presenters. ... She's very tiny. In height," Mohr said of Milano, according to the New York Daily News. "It seems like she had a baby and said, 'I don't really give a sh--' ... I read it on her gut." Mohr mad matters worse when he referred to Milano as "Melissa." "'Melissa what's-her-name'" was very nice but didn't look so great," he added. "Somebody sat in the director's chair and was not wearing Spanx and I was like, 'Jesus Christ.'" Milano decided to respond to Mohr's comments on Christmas Day via Twitter. "So sorry you felt the need to publicly fat-shame me," she tweeted at Mohr. "Be well and God Bless. Please send my love to your beautiful wife."
