The 1st generation of girl groups included SES and FinKL. The 2nd generation groups were Wonder Girls and Girls' Generation. The 3rd generation girls have sought to make it big this year, and are planning comebacks for January, early on in the year.

SISTAR of the 3rd generation girl groups has already risen to the top, so it's in the best interest of other 3rd generation girl groups to close that gap before the 4th generation of girls groups decide to make an appearance. Oh, and let's not forget that Girls' Generation is planning a comeback as well.

It's already been proven by SISTAR that the best way to rise to the top is by using the sexy concept. Maybe that's why all the girl groups are using different sexy concepts to catch the public's attention.

The closest one to the top following SISTAR is Girl's Day. Last year they had the online community hopping with their sexy suspender dance for "Expect." They're next attempt with "Female President" was a little lukewarm, so it's time for them to step it up again.

Their newest song "Something" just might have that extra kick to push them to the top. The revealing stage attire and lively performance make this song a candidate to get them to the top. We'll have to wait and see if their vocal powers match up to the public's expectations.

Dal Shabet needs a little more help. Last year they showed off a little leg with their song "Be Ambitious." And for a little while it seemed as if they would ride their way to the top, but their vocals seemed to be a little lacking. So they tried working with Shinsadong Tiger to make a hit song.

Their title song "B.B.B. (Big Baby Baby)" is a retro song with an addictive and powerful chorus part. Shinsadong Tiger is known for making addictive melody lines, so there's much anticipation as to what kind of hit this new song will be. The song was so titled because supposedly men are 'big babies' that change their minds over time. Dal Shabet boasts that their attire does not expose anything. Will be they be able to pull off sexy with their 'body conscious' look?

Rainbow took full advantage of the sexy concept, and even made a unit group called Rainbow BLAXX. The unit group is expected to be so sexy that they will be rated 19+.

The members have been acknowledged for their talent, their individual personalities, and vocal skills. However, they've never been exceptionally good. Rainbow has to blow away this type of pattern. Since KARA's Nicole and Kang Jiyoung of the same agency are leaving after their contract's end, Rainbow needs to especially do a good job this year.

Their teaser is definitely the sexiest. The close-up and voyeur-style shooting of the members' legs and breasts are super sexy, and it's no wonder that they're being dubbed the 19+ sub unit. The fact that their faces are covered adds to the intensity of the images. Each of the members will be revealed one by one starting on the 6th.
