Lindsay Lohan uploaded new photos to her Instagram, and they might come as a shock to fans who were supportive of Lindsay Lohan's sobriety after rehab. Is Lindsay Lohan partying again? Her Instagram photos from Shanghai, China suggest she hasn't been staying home lately.

Lindsay Lohan attended the 2014 Sohu Fashion Achievement Awards Ceremony on Monday (January 6) in Shanghai, China.

According to DramaFever.com, after accepting an award, Lindsay said, "Thank you so much. This is my first time in Shanghai, and what better way to be here than for this. Thank you so much. It's a wonder to be here and I hope to be here soon again."

But it looks like Lindsay then attended an after party. She posted a few photos to her Instagram after the Sohu Awards, showering her at a club and surrounded by friends - and bottles of liquor.

While there's certainly no evidence that Lindsay Lohan actually drank any of the liquor, this seems like a lot of temptation for someone who has struggled with addiction in the past. We hope Lindsay is staying strong!

Meanwhile, Lindsay's documentary show has a premiere date: 10pm, March 9, on Oprah's television network channel. The reality show documents Lindsay's release from rehab and her life thereafter.

Lindsay attended a 90-day court-mandated rehab program at Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center on July 30, after pleading no-contest to reckless driving and lying to police in March 2013, Us Weekly reports. Lohan has been in rehab at least six times.
