Charlize Theron and Sean Penn are dating; that's one conclusion people get after the "Monster" actress engaged on heavy PDA session with the "Gangster Squad" star during the Help Haiti Home gala Saturday night at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Even without publicly acknowledging anything, actions speak louder than words!

Unmindful of the cameras and people all around them, Theron and Penn were sitting together in one table and locked hands everytime they get a chance. He also gave him playful kisses on the neck. At one point they locked lips together, EOnline reported.

It seems Theron was too smitten with Penn that she gave her son, Jackson, the slip after earlier throwing a birthday party in her home in Los Angeles complete with a petting zoo and a miniature horse, according to Daily Mail.

"They are spending night after night together and moving very fast.It seems like it's getting serious and that they can't get enough of each other," a source told EOnline.

Penn's fund-raising activity, presented by Giorgio Armani, was star studded drawing A-listers like Michael Douglas, Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin, Emma Thompson, "Thor" star Chris Hemsworth and his pregnant wife Elsa Pataky.

Proceeds from the gala will go to the J/P Haitan Relief Organization, the group founded by Penn, which already aided 5,000 families relocate to better housing units.

Although they have been said to be dating since 2010, the rumors that Charlize Theron and Sean Penn are dating only grew wilder when they were spotted vacationing in Hawaii during the Christmas holiday.

They were also snapped attending the party of "Family Guy" creator, Seth MacFarlane, in December which only fanned the rumors some more. The pair, however, values their privacy too much that they've shied away from questions whether or not they are dating.

After their PDA session at the gala, however, there's little doubt as to the status of their relationship.
