DJ DOC Reported To Release 20th Anniversary Album in March

DJ DOC is one of Korea's longest-running hip-hop groups, and they are said to be preparing for a major comeback to celebrate their 20th anniversary since debuting.

The three-member group first hit the music scene in 1994 with the release of their first album Superman Biae have dropped a dozen others since then including six studio releases, four best-of albums, one cover album, and a remix record.

After not having had an official release since 2011's digital single "Joy & Pain," the DJ DOC members Kim Chang Ryul, Lee Haneul, and Jeong Jae Yong are reportedly back in the studio preparing for their upcoming anniversary release due out in March.

According to a report by Star News on January 14, the hip-hop group is working on their first album together in four years and it will contain 15 to 16 tracks of various genres including dance and ballad. This is allegedly to show how the group has evolved over the years and to showcase the wide-range of talents they possess as musicians.

The upcoming album is also said to have an 'adult ceremony' concept.

DJ DOC's reported comeback will be the first time the famed rappers have dropped an album since Pungnyu in July of 2010 and their fans are very eager to hear what the group has in store.

Stay tuned for more updates soon.
