JYP Entertainment Artists Taecyeon And Suzy Show Their Support For Rookie Idols GOT7

The newest additions to JYP Entertainment's impressive roster of artists, GOT7, debuted earlier this week and not only are they attracting attention from fans around the world, but the rookie idols have also been receiving a lot of praise and encouraging words from their label mates.

After nearly two weeks of teasers, GOT7 released their debut single and music video for "Girls Girls Girls" on January 15. Later that day they held their first ever live performances during an exclusive showcase and followed it up with their music show debut stage on M!Countdown.

The seniors at the group's label JYP Entertainment have shared nothing but encouraging words and best wishes for the talented newcomers.

Taecyeon of idol group 2PM appears to have taken on an older brother role with the seven youngsters, being supportive while playfully teasing them.

On January 15, Taecyeon updated his Twitter account with a link for an article titled 'MV Release for JYP Rookie Group GOT7... Looking at the Members' Appearance in Real Life, 'The Best Among JYP Groups'' with the comment, "They probably didn't see 2PM in real life hahaha."

However, it was obvious the remark was only in jest as the next day he showed up to GOT7's practice room with a cake to congratulate the members on their debut.

The group shared photos of the encounter on their official Twitter and joked, "A surprise visitor to our practice room with a cake to congratulate our debut?! Taecyeon came to confirm GOT7's appearance in real life! Thank you Taecyeon for preparing a special cake for GOT7!"

Suzy and Baek Ah Yeon made their support a little more publicly known.

Suzy tweeted, "GOT7fighting! Girls Girls Girls," and added a beautiful selfie.

Baek Ah Yeon also let her support for the rookies be known on Twitter. She posted a photo of the TV with GOT7's M!Countdown debut showing and captioned it, "They're so cool!"
