Prince Harry, Girlfriend Cressida Bonas Engaged Soon? Royal Moves To London Full Time, Takes Desk Job To Be Closer To Cressy?

Are Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas getting engaged soon? Prince Harry is quitting his job flying military attack Apache helicopters to take a desk job in London. Did he decide to switch jobs to be closer to his girlfriend Cressida Bonas?

According to the New Zealand Herald, Kensington Palace released a statement yesterday, saying: "Prince Harry has completed his attachment to 3 Regiment Army Air Corps and will now take up a Staff Officer role in HQ London District.

"The Prince will take the position of SO3 (Defence Engagement). His responsibilities will include helping to co-ordinate significant projects and commemorative events involving the Army in London. Prince Harry will retain the rank of Captain and be based from Horse Guards, in Central London.

"Prince Harry spent three and a half years in training and operational service with the Apache Force during his attachment to the Army Air Corps."

The move also means that Prince Harry will be able to spend more time with his girlfriend of almost two years, Cressida Bonas, and many fans think that the couple are soon to be engaged this year.

The Daily Mail reports that a friend of Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas, told The Sun: "The distance made it difficult for Harry to see Cressie as often as he would have liked. Moving to London full time will no doubt make them even closer.

"It shows he is serious and Cressie is thrilled."

The New Zealand Herald also reports that having Prince Harry in London full time means that he will be able to take on more royal duties on behalf of his ageing grandmother, the 87-year-old Queen of England. The Queen has been hoping for some time now that the younger members of her family help with the royal duties, the publication adds.

Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas may get more serious this year, following the big move to London!
