American Horror Story Season 4 Draws Nuclear, Roswell, Circus Fan Theories As Cast Member Evan Peters Celebrates Birthday With Fiancée Emma Roberts

As "American Horror Story: Coven" nears its end, season 4 is already drawing a slew of viable fan theories regarding tis 1950-era setting.

According to a recent quote from Ryan Murphy, "American Horror Story" season 4 will take place during 1950, and Jessica Lange is confirmed to return playing a character with a German accent.

So far, several fan theories regarding the plot or theme of season 4 have been circulating the web, including the popular circus theme.

Although Lange will reportedly not be playing the starring role of the season, "American Horror Story" season 4 could be following a German circus troupe after World War II.

In addition, while the subject of aliens has been touched on the series already, fans also believe that Roswell, Area 51, and the MIA aircraft over the Yukon territory could be prime plot lines for "American Horror Story" as well.

With filming possibly taking place in New Mexico, this is certainly a possibility.

With the development of the hydrogen bomb in 1950, TV Guide also believes that a post-apocalyptic story dealing with the New Mexico bomb testing would also be interesting. But where would a German character come in?

While fans analyze over ever quote and every Easter Egg, "American Horror Story" cast member Evan Peters will be celebrating his 26th birthday.

No doubt Evan Peters is enjoying a nice birthday celebration with recent fiancée Emma Roberts.

The pair became engaged over the holidays.
