The episode, titled "500 Years of Solitude," will focus on the dying Katherine, according to recent spoilers. In the first promo teaser clip, we learn that Katherine has less than a day to live. Damon, Elena, Jeremy, Caroline, and Bonnie are seen toasting to Katherine's inevitable death as they reminisce about all the awful things she did to them during her 500 year-long life. The second spoiler promo teaser video shows our favorite "Vampire Diaries" cast members discussing Damon and Elena's huge break up. In season 5, episode 11, Caroline and Bonnie are at Elena's bedside to comfort her after her big break up with Damon. Meanwhile, Matt and Jeremy talk about the break up, thinking Damon is passed out at the bar - which they soon learn is not true. Caroline, who was never a fan of Damon, approves of Damon's decision to break up with Elena.

The final spoiler promo clip for the 100th episode of "Vampire Diaries" is a short one, but teases fans about Bonnie and Jeremy's secret relationship. Caroline finds out something about Bonnie and Jeremy, and she seems incredulous, then demands to know if they told Elena, which they haven't. What could Bonnie and Jeremy have done?
