K-Pop star Jay Park has been selected to be featured during an annual event to celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month of May.

Verizon presents Asian Pacific American Heritage Month Tour (APAHM Tour), the tour has featured Taiwanese-American singers Van Ness Wu and Evonne Hsu, Singaporean singer JJ Lin, Korean singer Se7en in 2008 and Korean group Epki High and Far-East Movement in 2009.

This year the tour will visit Washington D.C., New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Tickets are to go on sale from today, click here for more information on how to purchase tickets for the APAHM TOUR 2012.

Jay Park also marked another transformation most recently with his first studio album ‘New Breed,’ as he not only produced but wrote the majority of the songs. By working with top U.S. producer Rob Knox, rap group Dynamic Duo and other top artists he opened up a fresh sound in R&B and Electronic hip-hop.
