Swings' new mini album Mood Swings II Part 1: Major Depression was deemed inappropriate for broadcasting by three major TV stations.

Brand New Music stated that Swings will not revise the lyrics nor reappeal for broadcast.

Brand New Music claimed that only one song "Take Care of Me" was permitted broadcast in one station; the other four songs, including his title song "Victorious 2" were deemed inappropriate. Although Swings expressed dismay at the decision, he decided not to reappeal. Revising the lyrics would undermine and alter Swings' music; respecting the original art would increase Swings' worth and value as a hip-hop artist.

Meanwhile, the music video of "Victorious 2" has received praise for its unique one-take filming method.
