EXO to End Korean Promotions of “Overdose” on June 8

Popular idol group EXO will wrap up promotions of their second mini album Overdose.

On June 6, SM Entertainment announced that EXO's final performance of "Overdose" will be on SBS "Inkigayo" to air on June 8.

EXO, who carried out promotions in EXO-K and EXO-M will perform a full-member adieu stage of "Overdose" and "Moonlight" on MBC "Music Core" to air on June 7 and SBS "Inkigayo" to air on June 8.

Returning to the K-Pop scene on May 7, the group swept various music charts and music shows, receiving positive acclaim for their powerful performance and upgraded maturity.

Mini album Overdose has recorded pre-order album sales of 648,710, becoming the mini album to have the highest pre-order sales in K-Pop history.

However, despite their success, EXO has endured several bumps along the way as well. The choreography clip of "Overdose" had leaked before release in April, and EXO-M's leader Kris had filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment.

With Korean promotions down under their belt, EXO will now turn their focus toward Asia tours.

Meanwhile, EXO held their first debut solo concert on June 23-25 and now will perform in major Asian cities in Hong Kong and China.
