YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk has given his resounding approval to Big Bang's Taeyang for his first live performance of his new solo single "Eyes, Nose, Lips."

Yang Hyun Suk said that he is satisfied seeing how confident Taeyang is as a solo artist.

"It was really good," Yang Hyun Suk said of Taeyang's performance on SBS's music performance show Inkigayo on June 8. 
Taeyang performed two songs on the program, his lead single "Eyes, Nose, Lips" as well as "Stay With Me" off his latest solo album, Rise.

According to Yang Hyun Suk, "If I looked at Taeyang's performance on Inkigayo as a judge for K-pop Star, I would give him 100 points. The best part was his live performance of  'Eyes, Nose, Lips' was that it was done without dancers."

Yang also complemented the on-stage collaboration with Taeyang's best friend and Big Bang groupmate, G-Dragon. "In G-Dragon and Taeyang's collaboration song, they didn't practice even once when they went on stage but they showed the cool harmony between colleagues of 15 years."
