On September 29, TEN Asia reported that MAMAMOO was gearing up for a comeback, and a source from MAMAMOO's agency confirmed to Xportsnews, "They are preparing for a comeback in early November. We will announce the schedule once it is confirmed."
MAMAMOO will release a special single on the 10th, as per the announcement of their agency RBW Entertainment.
RBW, which the home to MAMAMOO, ONEUS, and ONEWE, will launch a new girl group, PURPLE K!SS, in six years. On July 28, RBW announced, "Our company will launch the girl group 'PURPLE K!SS' for the first time in six years. They are scheduled to debut in the second half of this year."
On July 19, RBW announced the upcoming debut of their new girl group, PURPLE K!SS. The group will be debuting in the latter half of 2020 and is already attracting attention for their dance skills, vocal skills, and for being RBW's first girl group since MAMAMOO!
The group only debuted two years ago.
Part of the punishment was a lifetime ban from attending any live show with Mamamoo on it.
