Recently, record label SM Entertainment launched their "SMTOWN Live World Tour IV" concert in Seoul, but more than a few signature SM idols were absent from the festivities.

The latest SM world tour will feature Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO, Red Velvet, J-Min, and Zhang Li Yin. However, the August 15 concert at Seoul World Cup Stadium will be missing Choi Jinri (Sulli), Lee Jinki (Onew), and Kris Wu.

"Sulli won't be attending the SMTOWN concert," said a rep from SM Entertainment before the event. "Only 4 members of f(x) will be on stage. We're respecting her wishes, and we plan to protect our artist by minimizing her activities and giving her time to rest."

After prematurely ending f(x)'s promotion for "Red Light" on July 20, Sulli has been staying out of the spotlight due to "malicious rumors" being spread about the young idol.

In addition to Sulli, Onew of popular SM group SHINee also skipped "SMTOWN Live World Tour IV" presumably due to his recent vocal cord surgery on June 3.

"On the 3rd, Onew received surgery to remove vocal chord polyps and vocal fold mucosa reconstruction at a hospital in Seoul," said SM Entertainment according to allkpop. "After leaving the hospital, he is currently resting. There is no effect on his daily life, and he'll be receiving outpatient treatment."

Coupled with the ongoing legal battle between EXO's Kris and the record label, many fans are blaming the current CEO Kim Youngmin for the multiple absent band members.

"EXO without Kris, SHINee without Onew, f(x) without Sulli," tweeted Alia on Twitter. "It would be great if next time SMTOWN arrives without Kim Youngmin."

Similar messages have been appearing since August 15 on social media, all of them citing Sulli, Onew, and Kris in their allegations against Kim Youngmin.

"SMTOWN Live World Tour IV" is set to arrive in China and Japan later in the month.
