Ladies’ Code member RiSe joined her friend and group mate EunB on September 7.

K-Pop around the world were filled with sorrow after learning that RiSe lost her struggle with critical injuries, following the severe car accident that claimed the life of her band mate EunB and the driver of the vehicle.

While the investigation continues, the accident has been attributed to a back tire that fell off the van as the group traveled back to Seoul from taping a music program on September 3.

#RIPRiSe began to trend on Twitter following a statement issued by Polaris Entertainment confirming RiSe’s death. Fans also continue to Tweet #RIPEunB which has regained attention and Ladies’ Code is also trending.

There has been an outpouring of support and condolences from K-Pop fans throughout the world. The fan group YG United, which supports all aspects of YG Entertainment artists, has shown their support for Ladies’ Code.
