A recent tweet from 2PM's Nichkhun has Chinese media outlets questioning the status of his relationship with Girls' Generation's Tiffany.

On October 27, Nichkhun wrote a message with lyrics from the Frank Sinatra song "Strangers In The Night." Chinese media outlet Sina suggested that the lyrics may hint at an end to Nichkhun and Tiffany's relationship, possibly as a result of difficulties in meeting thanks to their grueling schedules as K-Pop stars.

Nichkhun tweeted, "T.S. : Strangers In The Night - Frank Sinatra. 'Love was just a glance away, warm embracing dance away' goodnight!" A picture of the idol looking up at the camera accompanied the post.

It has been suggested that "T.S." stands for "To Stephanie" or "Tiffany.Stephanie." Stephanie is Tiffany's legal English name.

However, the full lyrics of "Strangers In The Night" are romantic, and hint at a long lasting relationship rather than a breakup. In contrast to the Sina report, others have suggested that the tweet is an indication of Nichkhun's romantic feelings towards Tiffany.

and

Tiffany and Nichkhun's relationship made headlines in April, when it was revealed that the two idols had been dating for four months, since the start of 2014. Both SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment confirmed that the two were dating, and asked fans to support both idols and their groups.

In September, Nichkhun revealed that he and Tiffany had been unable to meet often because of their busy schedules.

Nichkhun and Tiffany, nor their respective entertainment companies, have addressed the rumors being reported by Chinese and Korean media outlets.
