Rain's agency Cube Entertainment revealed on November 13 that they will be taking legal actions against the nude pictures of Rain.

Cube entertainment said, "We are preparing a lawsuit against the rumors spreading online."

An SNS account posted a nude picture of a man with his face covered saying that Rain's nude photos were released. But Cube Entertainment said, "The man in the picture is not Rain."
